I use highly ‘tweaked’ Ubuntu on all of my machines and you will find some of those tweaks listed under documentation on the CQLUG website: http://cqlug.linux.org.au/
I tend to run 2 installations of Ubuntu, the current stable and testing, starting at Alpha 2 (just released ).
For ease of setup and management I use ClearOS for servers.
I am over my distro bunny days and am now content to test other distros via Unetbootin on a usb, or by creating a virtual machine.
I find nuking windows to be one of my small pleasures in life!

Archlinux on my Main Mahcine atm but that could change, my server is Cent OS, on my laptop i have Absolute Linux but that changes every other week
